WOOPA Holdings was established in 2017 in Florida, U.S.A., and is active in a number of capacities in the real estate industry.
WOOPA Holdings purchases and manages properties for their financial yield, i.e. “buy-and-hold” property investing. The company operates for this purpose in upstate New York. The company acquires properties whose purchase price is significantly below current market price following thorough analysis and intensive fieldwork. In addition, the company also purchases property in this area for the purpose of resale after renovation (“fix and flip”).

WOOPA Holdings works with its investors to identify and purchase properties that offer an excellent return. The company provides a one-stop-shop solution for its clients:

The founders of the company:
David Dahan
Founder and CEO of WOOPA Holdings
David holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, with a specialization in finance. He was a founder and manager of a real estate agency and has personally invested in the property market in Israel and abroad. He has a wealth of experience in negotiation, entrepreneurship and acquisitions.
David is a founder and CEO of WOOPA Holdings, a real estate investment company which specializes in creating business opportunities in the real estate market in the United States, including location and purchase of real estate, expertise in property management, collaboration and consulting with real estate investors, and creating and organizing groups for the purchase of properties.
Ohad Dahan
Attorney
An attorney with expertise in planning and building law, urban renewal, legal consulting, and creating value though real estate projects, Ohad holds a law degree
(LLB) cum laude. He completed his law internship at the Attorney General’s Office.
He has closely accompanied dozens of commercial and residential real estate negotiations and acted as
legal advisor to the Jerusalem Municipality’s local Planning and Construction Committee. He has broad and proven expertise in real estate investment.
